Samples: At Ivero Pro we can offer a great sampling service in our own dedicated sampling experienced line based in our Sofia factory. We can offer a wide variety of sample styles, including: Prototypes, Size Sets, Salesman Sample and Preproduction Sample (other sample styles can be arranged if required). The turnaround for sampling on average is 3-4 weeks. This includes all pattern and development creation as well as garment construction.
Design: In our design department we offer CAD/CAM services that consist of garment style elaboration following Customer idea and desire, technology set up, digitalization, grading, data tables draw up, materials consumption calculations, best efficiency pattern layout and print patterns following fabric dimensions. We offer full detailed prototype production to insure first pilot run before regular online production.
Trimming: We offer almost all kind of prints, embroidery, woven and jacquard labels and size marks.
Transport: We insure save and in time transport at competitive price, suitable garments packing following Customer requirements, Customs clearance of materials and ready goods where required.
Audit: We offer via our QC Inspectors independent quality audit of third party production. Our two factories did pass successfully annual labor safety and legality inspections, as well as social accreditation like SEDEX.
